Sherman R Smith Community building was built in 2015 for community events and public rental. If you are interested in renting please see attached application, and return to City Hall at 680 N. Crystal Farms Rd. in Tatum with deposit.
The venue lease $ 500.00 Depost $ 300.00 Deposit is refundable within 5 business days after final inspection. Deposit must be paid to reserve for the schedule day/night.
